Standard Rates:
We believe in fair pricing for
outstanding service, and we have priced our services
accordingly. When you compare our expertise with
our prices, you will see how reasonable they are.
- Effective May 1, 2008 - $119 for the 1st hour of on-site service, $100 an hour
after the 1st hour, billed in 15 min. increments, with a minimum
$119 service call.
- Note: A $15 or $25 trip charge may apply for areas outside the
Vancouver/Battleground/Camas area.
Packages:
- Virus / Spyware / Adware (pop-ups) Removal:
We offer a package deal to rid your
computer of all Virus, Spyware, and Adware (Malware) programs.
Symptoms of an infection include random pop-ups (usually sites of questionable nature), slow performance, and interrupted internet activity. Using our field-proven methods and tools, we can put your computer back to top running form, without wiping out the hard drive.
Note: An on-site assessment will be performed to determine if we are dealing with a Malware problem and the appropriate course and service charges (usually lower) will be assessed at that time.
Any additional questions or services will be
performed on-site at our standard 1/4 hour (15 min.) rate.

We understand the difficulties of taking time out of your busy day to schedule a technician and your business is appreciated. However, in order to maintain a fair fee structure to all customers and do our best to meet customer's diverse time schedules we must enforce the following policies:
Cancellation Policy:
- In order to provide the best service possible and maintain a fair fee structure, we must strictly enforce a cancellation policy. If you cancel with at least 24 hrs. notice you will not be charged a fee. However, if you cancel between 4 hrs. and 24 hrs. from the scheduled time of the appt. you will be charged a fee of $50. If you cancel within 4 hrs. or our technician shows up and no one is there, you will be charged our full 1-hour min. charge of $80.
- If you reschedule your appt. we will waive $25 of the cancellation fee that would have been charged as outlined above. The rescheduled appt. is subject to the same cancellation policy as the first appt.
- You may call us in the evening or on Sat. or Sun. to cancel or change your appt. per the guidelines listed above.
- (Please understand that we must do this to keep our technicians fully booked while they are out in the field and that without this policy we would be forced to raise rates and charge all of our customers a higher rate.)
On-Time Policy:
- Due to the nature of the on-site service business, it is sometimes next to impossible to meet each customer's scheduled appt. time. We have enacted the following policy to try and address this issue to the best of our abilities.
- Please allow our technicians a 45 min. 'arrival window' before calling to see if they are late. If your appt. is at 3:00pm, we will do our best to be there by 3:45pm.
- If the technician is running later than 45 mins, a Geeks in Khakis representative will call to either move the scheduled appt. time to a later time that same day or give you the option to reschedule on a different day with no cancellation fee.
- If you must reschedule at a later date, we understand and you will receive a $15 credit when we do provide service.
