We built a complete web site for iChong.com and had it setup and operating in 3 weeks.  We later added a bulletin board with buttons and a look that blend d seamlessly with the major site design.

For this site, we used a standard template we already had (to save our client money) and added a custom Paypal PayNow button.  We also used some ASP.Net programming to automatically update the date for the report being ordered.
